  Soft and bouncy — never crunchy

  My hair felt immediately softer and bouncier. I expected this to give my hair a crunchy or weighed-down feel, but it is very lightweight and made my hair feel so soft and moisturized. Love it.

  Softest and shiniest my hair has ever been

  I can honestly say that my hair felt better, softer, and had a shine that I hadn't gotten with any other product. It left my hair much more hydrated, and the effects were cumulative — the more I used it, the more my hair felt as hydrated as (if not more than) when I use conditioner alone. I actually paused using conditioner altogether and noticed my hair stayed hydrated for a day or two even without reapplying! I loved how it made my hair feel overall — usually my hair gets fairly dry and "crispy" for lack of a better term, but this cream kept it smooth and soft.
